Resident Privacy Policy

In order to provide all residents with the highest level of service and dignity, Wesley Commons does not allow or grant residents, family members or Power of Attorneys the authority to place video cameras and/or surveillance devices in any residence campus wide.

Wesley Commons fully supports the concept and goal of transparency in operation and feels that certain surveillance devices are not only intrusive to the individual being recorded, but disrespectful as well. Wesley Commons does support the use of certain devices which the organization believes will enhance its ability to provide the highest level of service and security possible. Wesley Commons will not use these devices without the written consent of the resident and/or Power of Attorney, with the exception of criminal activity.
