Open since 1989, the Heritage House provides ample living space at a moderate price for independent residents who wish to be located nearest to dining and other community amenities.
The Heritage House is comprised of living room/dining areas with efficient kitchenettes or full kitchens, one or two bedrooms and one or two full baths. All bathrooms are being renovated to provide new walk-in showers.

The Heritage House also features individual climate control, generous windows to admit plenty of light, and indoor access to activity and program areas in the Community Center. (In fact, the post office, bank, library, hobby room, classrooms, resident business center, convenience store, two dining areas, and the Cultural Center/Chapel are only steps away.)
